Farm Gate to Container

Our Quality Story

Every lot — whether it's a 500g retail pack or a 20-tonne export container — passes the same checks: sourcing, grading, lab testing, and hygienic packaging, before it ever reaches you.

Farm-level spice sourcing

Farm-Level Sourcing

Chillies, pepper, cardamom and cumin sourced directly from growing belts — Guntur, Byadagi and beyond — with relationships built over decades, not spot-market buying.

Grading and sorting dry red chillies

Grading & Sorting

Every lot is sorted by colour, pungency and foreign-matter content before it's approved as a named grade — Teja/S17, Guntur Sannam, Byadagi 355 and the rest of our range.

Lab testing spice lots

Lab-Tested, Per Lot

Moisture, colour value, and aflatoxin screening run on every lot before release — with pesticide residue checks against destination MRL limits for export orders.

Hygienic spice packaging

Hygienic Packaging

Retail packs sealed for freshness; export lots packed in 25–50kg PP/jute bags or palletized, built to hold up over a full sea freight journey.

Traceable spice lots with certification

Full Traceability

Every export shipment carries lab certificates, phytosanitary certification and Certificate of Origin — so every lot can be traced back to source.

Spices ready for local and export markets

Built for Both Markets

The same quality process backs a 500g kitchen pack and a 5-tonne export order — nothing is downgraded for local, nothing is upgraded for export.

How a Lot Moves Through Our Process

A real sequence, not a slogan — this is the order every batch actually goes through before it's approved for sale.

Step 1

Procurement

Sourced from growers and mandis in known regions — Guntur, Byadagi and partner belts for pepper, cardamom and cumin.

Step 2

Cleaning & Grading

Foreign matter removed, lots sorted by colour, size and pungency into the named grades you see on our site.

Step 3

Lab Testing

Moisture, colour value (ASTA) and aflatoxin checked per lot; pesticide residue screened against destination limits for export orders.

Step 4

Packing

Retail packs sealed for freshness; export lots packed in PP/jute bags or palletized, exactly as agreed in the quote.

Step 5

Dispatch

Local orders ship by courier across India. Export lots move by sea from Chennai or Vizag, with full documentation attached.
